The venue was neat and the staff were extraordinary service-minded. The room was beautifully maintained and decent sized, plus the bed was comfortable. It had quiet and best possible location, just off the sightseeing ahead, and the centre. Also, it was 5 min drive from Craignano Nature Park.

My room was well-appointed and good sized and featured breathtaking view of valley. The food was good, the breakfast was freshly cooked. The location was absolutely perfect, elated to a spellbinding sight of the mountains, and my bed was very comfy. Everything was simply fantastic.

As for me, the location was marvellous and perfect, very close to Shimla for relaxation and city / airport. Very cordial and nice folks on my request. The room was impressive, spacious and with great valley view.

The friendly staff here were quick to assist me with room service and car hire, and their impeccable housekeeping and laundry services ensured a comfortable stay. The room amenities were fantastic, and I loved the terrace with its garden furniture and stunning mountain views. The hotel's spa and wellness centre puts in a lot of effort to ensure guests are pampered to the fullest. I was delighted by the range of activities available, from the badminton, darts and billiard tables to the leisure TV room – I was never bored during my stay.

Recommend this hotel to all, for it goes out of its way to make guests happy.

Guests were provided with complimentary parking at this hotel, which we absolutely loved, as it is conveniently located near the airport and an ideal choice if you're planning to visit Craignano Nature Park.

The hotel was fairly clean and had luxurious rooms. Booked a room with good views of the mountain. Outstandingly accommodating staff, freshly cooked breakfast, had a memorable stay overall for one night.

The staff at Marigold Sarovar Portico Shimla went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. When we arrived late in the evening, they happily upgraded our room and provided all necessary amenities. Miss Sangeeta and Ambika at the front desk were especially supportive and attentive to our needs. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic. we highly recommend this hotel for its great staff and excellent services.
